• Estimated pickup or delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed.

• All prices are listed in US Dollars and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes, as noted at checkout.

• Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering unless otherwise stated.

• In the event of a payment processing error, we reserve the right to cancel the associated order.

5. Cancellations & Refunds​

• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 2-3 business days to the original method of payment.

• No-shows or late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee, as disclosed at the time of booking.

• While we take precautions to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies, our kitchen handles a variety of ingredients, including common allergens (e.g., nuts, dairy, gluten, shellfish), and we cannot guarantee the complete absence of cross-contact.

• It is the customer's responsibility to inform staff of any allergies or dietary restrictions prior to ordering.

• We are not liable for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed allergies.
