TEEING OFF MAY 13th

Spend an afternoon golfing for a great cause!

It’s a great afternoon of golf hosted by Bobby Byrne’s Pub,

followed by a delicious dinner. Proceeds will be distributed

between the Richard E. McCann Jr. Scholarship Fund

& the Art Westfall Foundation.

Due to the overwhelming generosity and enthusiasm of our players & sponsors, we have donated over

$70,000.00 to date to the Richard E. McCann Jr. Scholarship Fund, the Art Westfall Foundation & other charities.

Richard McCann Jr. passed away in July of 1990 after a brief illness. Bobby Byrne’s Pubs have had both a business

and personal relationship with Richard’s family for many years; particularly with Richard’s father, Richard McCann Sr. of

Horizon Beverage Company. It continues to be an honor for us to contribute to the scholarship in Richard’s memory.

It’s distributions have helped Bourne High School graduates to continue their education as college freshmen.

Contributions to the Art Westfall Foundation help to financially assist Hospitality workers of the

Cape & Islands due to unforeseen situations not covered by their insurance. Art Westfall passed away in 1996

after being diagnosed with cancer without the benefit of health insurance. Artie’s friends & family have

continued the foundation to assist others who find themselves in similar situations.
